Frank Monteleone

Frank launched FAF in 2006 just one year after receiving his BFA in Performance Theatre from Marymount Manhattan College. To supplement his acting at the time he provided production and editing services to ESPN, Geffen Records, L'Oreal, Dove Chocolate, Golfsmith and The Global Fund. In 2009, Frank became the SVP of business development at 3DRevolution, securing financing and providing 3D post-production services to Warner Bros and Relativity Media. Now with his focus on project development, Frank has produced the documentary HOTEL AL, which follows the longest working employee of his family-owned hotel in New Orleans: the Hotel Monteleone; the TV pilot AVENUES, which he co-created and starred in; and LOST FLOWERS, which premiered at the Rincon Film Festival and won “Director’s Choice” for Best Short Comedy. In April 2022, Frank released his first feature film AMERICAN REJECT, written by his wife Kathleen Monteleone. Frank’s ability to assemble teams, secure financing and collaborate with promising artists has turned his post-college editing business into a full-fledged producing house.

Executive Producer / Founder

Kathleen Monteleone

With a passion for development, Kathleen has spearheaded securing and creating new content and championing new writers and directors. Kathleen proved herself a triple threat on Full Armor’s first feature film, AMERICAN REJECT, serving as writer, producer and lead actress. AMERICAN REJECT, a true-ish musical comedy depicting Kathleen’s time on a hit reality singing competition, was released in April 2022. In addition to her feature work, Kathleen served as producer on the short documentary HOTEL AL, which premiered worldwide on Tubi October 2019, and the television pilot AVENUES. Kathleen is currently working on a new film about women in country music.

Zack Weaver

Zack joined Full Armor after many years in the nonprofit and higher education sector. But, he always loved movies. In fact, he was probably the only person at his high school with subscriptions to Premiere and Entertainment Weekly. Now, he gets to combine his organizational and administrative skills with his (almost) encyclopedic knowledge of movie trivia to support Full Armor’s mission of collaborating with promising new artists, writers and directors on the creation of original, award-winning content.

Fernando MacFarlane

Fernando MacFarlane was born in Mexico City and raised throughout South America. His Latin roots shine through in his magical realist approach to filmmaking, painting modern struggles as fables. From his home base in New Orleans, he directs and produces with Full Armor Films, working with clients such as The New Orleans Film Office, The Louisiana Film Entertainment Association, IATSE, and musicians such as The Batiste Brothers Band and Trombone Shorty.
